SURAVANDITHA SCHOOL OF MUSIC IS UNDER THE AEGIS OF YELLURU RAMAKRISHNA RAO EDUCATION, SOCIAL AND CULTURAL TRUST (YRKRAO-TRUST).

SVSoM is founded by the renowned music educator, trainer and composer Mr Yellur Srinivas Rao. A YouTube Kannada devotional singer dedicated to Kannada devotional songs.

“SVSoM” is the first planned School in Karnataka State offering music education to all ages and abilities, seeking to highlight the role of creativity in learning, awareness and opportunity. “SVSoM” meets International standards of music education. “SVSoM” designed a program with a dual focus of laying ground for those who wish to pursue higher studies in the field of Music & Performing Arts.

In SVSoM we aim to teach the Western and Eastern classical dances and Music by providing education in Music which will nurture the next generation of artistes and provide them with opportunities.

SVSoM offers professional training classes in Western Classical Dances like Classical Ballet, Salsa and Zumba and Indian Classical Dances like Bharathanatyam, Kuchipudi, Mohiniyattam, Kathakali, Odissi, Kathak and Cinematic Dance

Also SVSoM offers classes on Western and Eastern Vocal Music and  Instrumental Music.
